Training methodology and procedure

1. Discuss needs with management.
2. Meeting with employees (bookkeeping/administration).
3. Recommendations to managers and employees concerning training courses offered, based on the company’s needs and the tools already in place.
4. Carry out the selected training course(s).
5. On completion of training, evaluation of trained personnel.
6. Follow-up, corrections and support following training.
